Breaking Down With Maddy DeVita

I started my day earlier than usual with some quick journaling before sitting in my favorite chair and tackling emails from the day before. If I’m being good I’ll hydrate before having my coffee :)

— 7:22 AM
I biked over to manhattan and had 4 spare mins to grab a cold brew before heading over to Le Cou Cou for some recipe testing/ development.
— 8:56 AM
Spent the morning in the kitchen with their executive chef planning the main course for the lunch I’m co-hosting at the restaurant as part of the New York Wine and Food Festival in October. Aka I ate rabbit for breakfast.
— 11:07 AM
While in soho may as well shop! Popped into a few stores to pick up some fall staples before heading back home on the subway.
— 1:18 PM
Ate lunch at home while writing/posting a recipe for my personal version of ‘marry-me chicken’ to my website. Had time to sneak in quick home workout after that too.
— 3:02 PM
Daylight is fleeting! I shot a recipe video for a brand partnership- and can confirm… these spicy, creamy chili noodles are GOOOD.
— 4:23 PM
Headed back into manhattan to meet up with my BF and his family for some drinks
— 6:09 PM
Made it home in time to tune in for the Presidential Debate!
