Hot Take Dough came onto our Tiktok FYPs. We saw it once - and then it was everywhere. And we didn’t want to stop seeing it. We just wanted a chance to order some frozen take-and-bake cookie dough goddammit! The idea that we could just pop one salted chocolate chip cookie when the anytime craving hit? *chef’s kiss* All we wanted in life. We asked co-founder Gabrielle Brulotte to take us a day in the life of a cookie dough queen.

Breaking Down With Gabrielle Brulotte

WOWW I am tired today. I am someone that seriously needs 8 hours of sleep, I usually wake up around 7-7:30, brush teeth and automatically go straight into a 25 min. meditation outside! It’s starting to get colder out but I just bundle up and get fresh air.

Time for coffee! I have been going a little bit crazy with my coffee lately. I do: grass-fed salted butter, MCT oil, cinnamon, a splash of whole milk, salt, cacao powder, reshi mushroom drops, collagen powder :’) I don’t get as jittery as I used to!!! And I limit myself to one cup a-day or else I will be an anxious girl.

I will sit with my coffee and write out my full to-do list for the day. I divide the list into work and personal. If it doesn’t get on my to-do list, I will 100% forget it.

After I check emails for a bit and finish list, I always try to move my body! Sometimes this obviously doesn’t happen, but I know I will be a more sane human. Today I went on a run around Lady Bird Lake!

I will shower, get dressed, chug water then eat some breakfast. Honestly I eat soup a lot for breakfast, but today I had sourdough from Casper Fermentables loaded with butter, med-boiled eggs, cheese, avo and fruit!

Finally sat down to start computer work. I will just start working through my to-do list. So much of what I am doing right now is admin and logistics (my worst fear) because we are transitioning to a new production process and a new fulfillment team.

Our first merch round (our Feel Good Set) is all printed on and done so I need to organize this all and then ship it out.

Still organizing sizing by orders, this process took so much longer than I thought HA!

Eat some leftover soup I made last night. It is a lazy rendition of a thai coconut soup. I had a ton of mushrooms that were about to go bad so threw all of those in, a ton of ginger and lime, coconut milk, fish sauce, beef bone broth I keep on hand, and thinly sliced chicken. I will usually throw some white rice in the bowl too!

I facetime my sister/co-founder Elise! We usually talk at least once a day to just catch eachother up on what’s going on and solve or answer and questions we have.

I stopped by Tiny Grocer to restock our dough! If you’re in Austin, they’re awesome and always have the coolest local products.

I finally finished packing up all of the merch orders and threw them in the car to take them to UPS or USPS.

More emails, making Instagram posts, responding to DMs, working on small packaging edits!

Got pizza and wine from Sammatarowith my boyfriend, Jon, before going to a last minute Spoon concert!

Concert wasn’t super long so got home and decided to make a cookie.

Took a super hot shower, and got into bed :)
