What inspired you to work in the food industry?

Family business and a passion for food. 

What is your biggest customer pet peeve?

When a customer wants a Flat bagel thinking it is less calories. 

What is your most blissful food moment?

Seeing front line workers (nurses, cops, firefighters, MTA workers etc) enjoy our bagels every single day!

What dish do you want to perfect in the kitchen?
Coffee- I would love to learn how to make different types of lattes, matchas and other specialty drinks as well as coffee art.
